Ashlyn and I didn't do much today. Even thought the weather was so gorgeous out, we stayed in. While Ashlyn got reacquainted with her toys, I unpacked our stuff, did laundry, cleaned the house, dusted, vacuumed, went through a heaping pile of mail, dumped a gang of pictures from my camera, and attempted to upload most of them onto Ofoto.
Because my new camera takes picture in higher resolution, it seems to take longer now.
It's nice settling in again.

When Aric got home from work, we went to Target, had dinner at O'Shine Cafe, and bought groceries at the market. I got to drive Aric's new car tonight, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!
Aric hates that I use the word "cute" to describe his car, but I can't seem to think of a better word for it. It IS cute! It's much smaller and faster than my car. It's zippy and fun. <---Okay, maybe Aric wouldn't like that I used those two words to describe his car either. Heck, I could very well be describing the VW Beetle. HAHAHAHA!

After we got back and unloaded everything, I watched "Martha, Inc.: The Story of Martha Stewart," on TV. Before seeing this biopic, I didn't know much about Martha Stewart. I know that she's a domesticate-guru....from cooking to gardening to decorating and crafts. I've glimpsed through her magazines before, seen her line at KMart, and even briefly caught her shearing sheep on her show....but otherwise, nada. After seeing the made-for-TV-movie, all I have to say is, "Damn, she's a complete tyrant!" Talk about being a demanding and obsessive control freak. I understand some people are driven, but it's not good when they stomp on people along the way to get to where they're going.

*YAWN!* Tired. Going to bed early. Aric thinks he has allergies...he's been sneezing all night, has sinus congestion and a runny nose. Poor guy. I hope it is allergies and not a cold.
