Wow...I can't believe it's already Wednesday! I did some laundry and worked on the computer today. I finally got around to backloading all the journals and pictures from the weekend. *whew!*

The Homeowners Insurance agent came over this afternoon. She never mentioned why she didn't show up yesterday...but then again, I didn't ask. She walked around and took Polaroids of our bathrooms and the back of the house, then I signed a bunch of papers, and she went on her merry way.

The rest of the day was pretty mellow. Ashlyn was in such a playful and sweet mood today. I love her to bits! =D

Tonight I went over to Grace's for our usual Wednesday Night dinner. Patti and Baby Karis joined us. I haven't seen them since Lauren's birthday party. Baby Karis got BIG! She looks totally different. She's so cute with her super chubby cheeks...and when she smiles, she looks just like her dad.

Grace fixed us a taco bar for dinner (another nifty idea I can steal from her). hehehe
We customized our own soft tacos with a bunch of ingredients. It was yummy! My tongue is still stinging from the Tapatio sauce. =P

*SWOON!* So we watched the finale of "The Bachelorette" tonight. It was really good!
I, along with everyone else in the room, was convinced that Trista was going to pick Charlie. But she picked Ryan instead!...adorable, sweet, sensitive, and vulnerable Ryan! *sigh* I absolutely LOVED the ending. This is what I hoped reality dating shows would end up like. It was great!!! It managed to squeeze some tears out of my eyes. hehehe
I think "The Bachelorette" is more successful than "The Bachelor" or "Joe Millionaire". Mainly because the guys vying for the girl is actually interested in the girl rather than just "winning". When I watch "The Bachelor" or "Joe Millionaire", I notice that the girls may not particularly be interested in the guy, but moreso in the competition of beating out the other girls...as if it were a beauty contest. Thus, the sour endings.
Tomorrow night they're airing "The Bachelor/Bachelorette Tell All Interview". That should be interesting...especially with Aaron and Helene.

Aric joined us after , and Sam and his friend, Chris, came over too. Grace and I made ice cream crepes with fresh strawberries and bananas for dessert. We hung around talking for a long time. I caught bits and pieces of "I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Outta Here". Weak. I kept seeing celebs crying and belly-aching over this and that. Puhleez!

Aric, Ashlyn, and I didn't get home until after midnight. Now I'm pooped! *YAWN!* G'Nite!

Pictures from today and tonight:
