and I had lunch at CPK...but Aric ended up eating all by himself. Ashlyn
had one of those "explosive diapers" and I spent most of the
time in the restroom cleaning her off. People think I'm joking when
I say "explosive"...but I'm not. The last time my mom changed
one of her "explosive diapers", Ashlyn was not done "doing
her business" and shot her unsuspecting grandmother with yucky-stuff.
It was pretty bad. *chuckle* Usually her poop comes out the back of
her diaper, ruining her clothes, but today..it also oozed out one pant
leg and onto me. I looked like I squirted mustard all over my shirt.
*sigh* She definitely keeps us on our toes. Luckily for me, I pack extra
outfits for her whenever we go out. From now on, I'll be sure to pack
an extra outfit for myself.
Afterwards, Ed and Sue watched Ashlyn for a couple of hours, while Aric and I ran to the market and cooked dinner for all of us.
Woo-hoo! I almost forgot to share this exciting little tid-bit....Last night on our way back from visiting Aric's mom, we stopped off to get gas, and we got it for $.99 a gallon!!! Just thought I'd share that with my buddies up North (where the average cost for regular unleaded is $1.45 a gallon). I'm sure the price up there will start to go down, but seriously...99 cents?!?!?!?! I haven't seen prices like that since I was in the fourth or fifth grade! <---yeah, that's WAY back in the day!...no need for additional comments. =)
