Sorry for the lack of updates. Aric, Patrick, and I spent all last week getting their mom settled into her new apartment. We were busy, busy, busy! Other than that, I think I'm starting to wind down. The burst of energy I once had is slowly draining away. I'm a week from my due date, and it's getting close. *yikes!*

Last Friday, Ann threw me a belated birthday dinner at Bucca di Beppo's and we got together with some friends we haven't seen in a while. We had lots of great food, fun conversations, and whole jug of Chianti (not me, of course). In the past couple of months I have been soooooo spoiled! I've had TWO baby showers (one down here and one up North), and THREE birthday dinners (one with family, one with friends up North and one down here). It was all so overwhelming, and I have to admit...I was uncomfortable with all the attention. Don't get me wrong, I'm really grateful for everyone's thoughtfulness. I just didn't want my friends to go through too much trouble or spend too much $$$ on my behalf. So....with that said, I suppose this isn't a good time to introduce my Wishlist, huh? =P HAHAHAHHAHA It goes against everything just said. But not really. This wishlist is really for Aric, in case he wanted to get me one of those "just because gifts". hehehe Besides, I don't forsee myself getting to the mall any time in the near future. So what else went on last weekend?...we got to see Wil & Tony on Saturday...they were down here attending a cousin's engagement party. =D

I finally downloaded pictures from my trip up North. The problem with having a HUGE 192MB card for my digicam, is that it can hold up to 200+ high resolution pictures at a time, so downloading them all can get quite cumbersome. Anyhow, I put up some photo-journals for the 15th & 16th. Enjoy! A lot of peeps requested "preggo" pictures...well, you'll definitely
get an eyeful! hehehe My friends back at home kept telling me that I didn't look big at all. GOOD LORD, people...are you blind?! I'm LIVIN' LARGE!...and I don't mean wealthy. Oh well, I'll have my old body back soon enough...and ALL TO MYSELF! It's a good thing too, because I get scolded left and right for everything I do: "Don't lift that! Don't bend over! Don't reach for that! Put that down!"...etc. I basically mortified my friend, Virginia, by telling her
that I still painted my toenails. =T
I realize that many people may have a difficult time with their pregnancies, but I come from a line of women who worked up till the day they delivered. Aaron called me earlier today and was wondering if I was in labor! Uh, I don't think so, but now I feel jinxed! Watch me go into labor later. Actually, it could be any day now, but I try not to think about it too much. Tonight, Aric and I are taking an Infant CPR class. I hope I never have to use it, but it's nice to know. =)

Stay tuned...I'll keep ya'll posted!
