I didn't do too much today. I finally got around to cleaning our bathrooms, did a couple of loads of laundry, talked to Sis on the phone, played with the baby, and painted a second coat of white glossy to Ashlyn's room while she napped. It was a nice relaxing day.
Aric got home a little earlier than usual, and he ran to the market for me while I prepared dinner. My father-in-law and Netty came over to drop some things off and had dinner with us. They stayed for a little bit, played with Ashlyn, and checked out the progress to Ashlyn's room. So far everyone who's seen the room really likes it. They all love the shade of blue we picked out. COOL! =) I'm anxious to finish it, but it's kind of hard when I have to paint around Ashlyn's napping schedule. Hopefully it'll get done by the end of this week. *crossing fingers* I'll keep y'all posted.

I caught the last half of "Third Watch"...which was a continuation of last week's "ER". It's pretty neat when certain shows overlap characters (ie..."Ally McBeal" and "The Pratice"). Aric and I watched "Crossing Jordan", which was aiight, I guess. Jack Klugman, of "The Odd Couple" fame, guest starred, and that guy's older than dirt!

Today Ashlyn stood on her own for a little bit. She's getting better at finding her balance. Right when I think she's about to fall over, she'll catch herself and straighten up. It's really cute. I don't know if it's good for her to hold her own weight on those tiny lil' ankles just yet, so I don't let her stand for long. But I did get some pictures of her standing.

whoa!..a little wobbly
