emailed me pictures from work. One of the owners (of the company that
Aric works for) just got a 911 Turbo and was letting some of the guys
take the car out for a spin. Good to know that the company's doing well.
was a productive day...I did four loads of laundry, vaccuumed the house,
reorganized Ashlyn's closet, and packed away boxes of clothes, hats,
socks, and booties that no longer fit her. That girl's got A LOT of
clothes! There were many outfits that she wore only once. *tsk-tsk*
Ashlyn rolled over from back to tummy in one motion...she can only roll
on her right....it's still a bit of a struggle going the other way.
Tonight Aric, Ashlyn, Wey and I headed up to LA for Brian's birthday
party. Grace threw him a nice celebration at Palm Tree LA. It's a Korean
Cafe/Billiards/Karaoke club. We got there kinda late due to traffic,
but right when we got in, we witnessed a fight in the lobby area. I
looked at the time...it was only 9pm...and I thought to myself, "Hmmmm,
this should be interesting". Never fails...everytime I go to a
Korean bar/club, I always see a scuffle of some sort.
Anyhow, the rest of the evening went by without fisticuffs. *whew!*
Prior to going, I was under the impression that this place was more
like a hang out, rather than a club. Grace said something about bowling
there too, so I was thinking D & B or ESPN Zone. But they removed
the bowling and changed the place. It was very much a club, and shhhhh...*whispering*
don't say anything, but people smoke in there too.
I looked awkwardly out of place pushing a stroller. Regardless, we all
had a really good time. THANKS to Grace and Brian!
